Farmgirl Vintage

I started this quilt in February 2016.  Each block has a story.  I finished in June 2019.  I admit that this has waited a little while for the quilting and binding.  Perhaps some quilts are better savored…

I’m glad I shared this with my friends at the Starlight Quilters Guild today.
I didn’t get a good picture since we have been experiencing the 2019 Kansas Monsoon Season.   The back is one VERY large haystack block.  I quilted it with clovers which worked perfectly with all of the vintage fabrics.  The blocks are sashed with tiny cornerstones.  I will try to remember and post a full picture later.

If I did a quilt like this again, I would make the blocks smaller so that I could use more in one quilt!
